HTC U12+ Official Renders & Detailed Specs Sheet Leaked

               Recently we were hearing a lot of rumors and leaks about the flagship smartphone from HTC, the HTC U12+ and now today the popular leakster Evan Blass has shared some official render images on his twitter account which shows three color variants including a translucent version. Along with the leaked images, he has also shared the full specifications regarding upcoming the novelty.
               The images confirms that the HTC U12+ has  dual cameras set up on both front and back, on front panel they are positioned on the left side of the top bezel, while the rear cameras module are placed on the middle rear panel with horizontally alignment, which is accompanied by a LED flash and fingerprint scanner.  

               According to the leaked specifications, the smartphone will continue with HTC’s Liquid Surface design, like the HTC U11+, it will also features a pressure-sensitive buttons and a new haptic feedback experience. The specs sheet also suggest that the Edge Sense 2.0 has new features  such as squeeze to access apps or control the device,  hold for smart rotate and smart dimdouble tap (double squeeze) for a mini-screen for easy one-handed use or as a return key or navigation bar, customizable gestures to launch camera, voice assistance, turn on flash light and more.

                The HTC U12+will feature 6 inch LCD QuadHD display with HDR10 support (1440x2960p) and Gorilla Glass protection. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal memory expandable via MicroSD card upto 2TB. The device will  run on Android Oreo out of the box and will pack a 3,500mAh battery.
               The camera department features a dual camera set up with 12MP main sensor, 1.4um pixel size (HTC UltraPixel 4with aperture of  f/1.75 and 16MP secondary sensor, 1.0um pixel size with an aperture of  f/2.6  on the rear. The primary camera also supports OIS, AR stickers, bokeh mode, laser,  focus + PDAF and support up to 2x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom,  it can also record videos on 4K video at 60fps and slow motion at 240fps. On the front their would be a dual camera with 8MP+8MP sensors, 1.12um sensors with an aperture of f/2.0 (with 84° wide-angle field of view) for selfies, it is  also featured with portrait mode, AR stickers, face unlock, live beauty mode, and a selfie panorama mode. The device will arrive with IP68 rating (dustproof and waterproof)

               The HTC U12+ will come up with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa , it will support always-on voice commands, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB-C port, and  DisplayPort over USB-C. According to a latest report, the 64GB version will be priced between NTD21,900 (~$736 US dollar) and NTD22,900 (~$769 US dollarwhile the 128GB will be priced between NTD23,900 (~$803 US dollar) and NTD24,900 (~$837 US dollar). The smartphone is expected to launch on May 23.
