Canceled Prototype Samsung Foldable Smartphones Spotted in Live Images

In December 2017 Samsung Electronics has filed a patent regarding the foldable smartphone (Galaxy X) and apparently the company is working on unveiling the smartphone in February next year at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Now today  a couple of leaked live images of the canceled version of Samsung’s foldable prototypes  smartphone, under the model number SM-G929F, has been appeared on the internet.
From the image we can see that the foldable smartphone belong to the early prototype version which was field back in December, at that time it was referred as " Project V ". This  Project V seems to very much similar to the s Axon M (the world’s first foldable device) from ZTE, and the prototype device seems to be having two screens which are joined together by a hinge in the middle. The screen on the right is having fingerprint scanner on the front home button, like the pre-Galaxy S8 accompanied by capacitive navigational and multi-tasking buttons, we can also see an earpiece, a LED flash, and a camera on the top bezel of front panel.

From an another angle  of the image, we can see the a speaker grille, a MicroUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom.  Judging by the thickness of the device, it will pack a huge battery. Further, there is no information regarding the specs of the device, but some sources has revealed that this smartphone was developed between 2015 and 2016, so its specs would be similar to Samsung flagships devices that was released in those years.

It is speculated that the foldable smartphone from Samsung may feature a large 7.3-inch display which when folded, it will shrink to 4.5-inch screen. It is likely to borrow some specs from the Galaxy S10, that may get unveiled in January 2019.  Also the company may produce the smartphone in limited numbers at the beginning and it could be around 300,000 to 500,000 units  in order to gauge the market’s initial reaction, which seems to be a similar footsteps of the Galaxy Note Edge back in 2014. Recent rumors have revealed that smartphone may have a heavy budget up to nearly $2000 US dollar.
