Nokia 6.1 Plus to Debut Globally Taiwan, Hong Kong, Russia, India & Malaysia to be the First

             Recently, we reported that the upcoming Nokia 6.1 Plus has been spotted on Geekbench, with exactly the same hardware of the already launched Nokia X6 (here). Now today the official Taiwanese Facebook channel of Nokia Mobile has started teasing the Nokia 6.1 Plus, which may indicate that Taiwan could be the first market to receive it.
           From the Taiwanese Facebook page an image of the  Nokia X6 with notched display design can be seen on the left while the comments section on the right, people are referring to this device as Nokia 6.1 Plus, but there is no information on its launch date for Taiwan still now. There was another report which claimed that Hong Kong could be the first market to receive Nokia 6.1 Plus. Also, reports arriving  from Russia, Malaysia and even from India which suggest that the smartphone could unveil there first, this may indicate that the smartphone could arrive globally.
              Previously released  Geekbench listing has revealed that, the Nokia 6.1 Plus would powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset clocked at 1.61 GHz with a max frequency of 1.8 GHz. The SoC is coupled with 4 GB of RAM and will run on Android 8.1 Oreo. The Nokia 6.1 Plus is expected to feature the similar specs of the early released X6, and in China X6 is having a 5.8 inch display with FHD+ resolution  and  a dual camera with 16MP+ 5MP sensors on the back while on the front there is a 16MP camera. Recent rumors has suggested that the Nokia 6.1 Plus smartphone is expected to arrive in August or September, this year.
