Huawei Mate 20 Pro Official Teaser Hints at Massive Battery Upgrades


             It's just few days ago we reported about the detailed specifications regarding the upcoming  Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones (here). Now today, the Chinese manufacturer has released a new official teaser which hints at the  massive battery capacity of the Mate 20 Pro.
            From the teaser  image we can see three smartphones of  Huawei, the first one is the Huawei P10 Plus that launched back in February 2017 which packs a 3,750mAh battery, the second one is the Mate 10 Pro from October 2017 included a 4,000mAh battery and the same-sized battery is also available on the P20 Pro smartphone that was unveiled earlier this year. The right side of the teaser there is a blank spot with a question mark, which suggest user to guess on the battery size of Huawei’s upcoming flagship smartphone. Recall early the XDA Developers has revealed that the upcoming Mate 20 Pro may arrive with 4,200mAh battery and another leak has suggested that the Mate 20 will be carrying support for 40W fast charging.
             Previous report has revealed that  Huawei Mate 20 Pro will feature a 6.9 inch AMOLED display and  rumored to be equipped with 3D structured light module for 3D facial recognition, and there will be a ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner from Qualcomm. It would be powered by Huawei’s Kirin 980 ( expected to be unveiled at the brand’s IFA event),  coupled with a minimum of 6GB of RAM. The smartphone will run on  EMUI 9.0 out of the box on top of Android 9.0 P. The Mate 20 Pro  is expected to feature triple rear camera module with a 40-megapixel,  20-megapixel monochrome sensor and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera capable of 3x optical zoom. Huawei’s Mate 20 lineup can be expected to go on sale by the end of October or the beginning of November.
