Samsung Galaxy Watch the Successor of the Gear S3 is Now Official

                  At the Galaxy Note 9 launch event in New York Samsung has also unveiled a new wearable device dubbed as Galaxy Watch, which is regarded as a successor to the Gear S3 without bearing the name Gear S4. It features a circular bezel just like on the Gear S3, which can be rotated in order to navigate through the Tizen operating system.
            The Samsung Galaxy Watch is available in two sizes, 42mm and 46mm. The larger 46mm version  is having a 1.3-inch Super AMOLED display  while the smaller 42mm is having a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display, both screen offers a  resolution of 360x360px, which has a sharpness of around 390ppi and are equipped with Gorilla Glass DX+ for  scratch resistance. Both Galaxy watches will run on Tizen OS coupled different RAM variants, 46mm version is having a 1.5GB of RAM  while the 42mm is equipped with 768MB RAM and both the smartwatches are having 4GB internal storage.
             The 46mm version is packed with a 472mAh battery while the smaller 42mm Galaxy Watch variant will pack a 270mAh battery and the company has also claimed that 46mm model can last for 168 hours (7 days)  while 120 (5 days) for the smaller 42 mm variant. Both models are equipped with GPS for accurate tracking, IP68 water resistance with an additional 5ATM pressure rating (safe to submerge in up to 50 meters of water) and it is also drop resistant. The Galaxy Watch is capable of tracking 39 different types of workouts in addition to sleep and stress levels tracking.

               The Galaxy Watches are available in  two versions  Bluetooth and LTE models. The LTE model with 46mm size is priced at $400 US dollar and the 42mm model is priced at $375 US dollar. On the other hand, the Bluetooth model is priced at $350US dollar for the 46mm size while the 42mm version has a price tag of  $330US dollar. It will be available in the U.S on August 24 while the device will hit South Korea on August 31 and will be available in other markets on September 14. All models will have three casing color options like Midnight Black, Rose Gold and Silver.
